What UpSkillMe does

What UpSkillMe does: the Card a worker carries, evidence sent on WhatsApp, evidence review, public record lookup, the employer shortlist, the agency placement record and the five-rung assurance ladder.

Card

The Card is the skills record a worker owns. Each skill shows who checked it and when.

Evidence via WhatsApp

A worker sends a short video of the work on WhatsApp. The app records that it arrived, names the skill and holds it for review.

Evidence review

A named UpSkillMe reviewer opens the evidence against a published standard. The decision, the reviewer and the date stay on the skill.

Verify

Anyone with the code or QR can open the record. The page shows each checked skill with its method and date, not just the person in front of you.

Employer shortlist

Employers compare candidates on checked skills against the role brief. The shortlist shows what is checked, how, and what still needs a check.

Agency placement record

A placement record holds what both sides confirmed: the job, both confirmations, and the day-7 and day-30 check-ins.

Assurance ladder

Every skill sits on one of five rungs, from self-declared to checked against an outside record. A public check names who did it, which criteria were used, and when.
